More than just our name...

Community Day is a partner with the local community, providing both an educational institution and a source of activities and information for the community at large. Our faculty and students are active members of the local community, participating in charity work and local events that promote Jewish values.

A K-8 independent Jewish day school, fully accredited by the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools and affiliated with the National Association of Independent Schools, the Pittsburgh Consortium of Independent Schools and the Solomon Schechter Day School Association
